If we want a custom carbon fiber body built, we need $6000 to pay for the molds, we need new carbon fiber (I might be able to get some from Boeing), and we'll need AT LEAST 1000 man-hours from team members to construct the new car. Let's work on the simple body first. ;-) Building a “simple body” (i.e. using the straight carbon fiber panels) would take less time, perhaps only 100 man-hours?
